  • The objective of their CSR policy is to ensure economic, social, and environmental sustainability while considering all stakeholders’ interests.
  • The CSR Committee comprises at least two Directors, including one Independent Director.
  • The Committee will hold meetings as necessary to oversee the CSR Policy’s implementation.
  • They will assess and guide the progress of CSR programs to ensure their effective execution.
